BR Series

Socitec offers the Vibro/Dynamics SSB and BR series Spring Isolator lines, designed to protect structures, equipment, frames, and bases. The BR series is available in four models: BRR, BRB, BRP, and BRS. Customizations (materials, dimensions, and interfaces) are available upon request.

These lines are specifically designed for structures, frames, and bases and can be applied to accomplish a number or functions:

Prevent vibration and dynamic loads from the source from being transmitted to the surroundings. They provide high efficiency isolation of vibrations generated by supported structures to the surroundings: Applied beneath the equipment or structure they prevent vibrations from disturbing sensitive equipment, offices and residential areas. Common applications include helipads, laboratories, and power generation equipment, turbines, pumps, crushers, and power generation.

Another function is to prevent vibration from external sources from negatively affecting the performance of sensitive precision equipment. Coil spring isolation systems protect sensitive equipment from vibration generated by traffic, and heavy machinery. They also can be used to counter the affects of earthquakes and aerodynamic forces from wind.
